Structure of WEPT
Phase I (Personal Development Training)
1) Experiential Training Session
Attend the session to observe and experience
Day - Wednesday
Time – 8.30pm to 10.00pm
2) Self-Evaluation Workshop (SEW)
It is to evaluate individual’s personal strength and weakness in terms of soft skills and provide you a starting point to equip and sharpen different tools to further develop and enhance as a student then employee.
Comprehensive personal report will be given with your strength and weakness with professional consultation session.
3) Self-Development Learning (SDL)
SDL provides a platform for you to enhance soft skills in learning and motivating environment practically.
You will have to attend a weekly training session on Wednesday from 8.30pm – 10.00pm minimum 1 month maximum 6 months (depending on self-progress)

1) Practical Working Experience
You are given a choice to select an area of interest which you would like to gain the practical experience by applying the skills you acquired from your higher education institute within the organization.
You have the choice to select another area of interest after the first 3 months of practical experience in order to acquire and apply various skills.
You will have to attend a weekly application session on Wednesday from 8.30pm – 10.00pm minimum 2 months maximum 12 months (depending on self-progress)

-Increase the awareness and instill the elements of soft skills such as presentation skills, creative thinking, creative problem solving, teamwork, leadership and etc
-Extend Networking among young adults age ranging from 18 to 25 years old
-Create a platform of learning in a fun approach
-Organize a Charity Christmas Celebration for the orphanage

Core Elements
-The event involves icebreaking to extend the participants’ network by providing the platform for them to know each other to allow the students to interact and learn from each other.
-Station games acting as the core event which participants are engaged to experience different fun activities in a challenging mode, having 40 groups in total.
-They have to utilize the possessed soft skills and work in a team to thrive in the challenge.
-At the end, participants are required to have a debriefing session as to share what have they learned throughout the challenge.

| Self-Evaluation Workshop Session 1 & 2 | Sat Apr 04, 2009 9:17 pm by tingping | Self-Evaluation Workshop Session 1 Register Now!!!
It is a general introduction of the workshop and the delivery of current issues, comparison of different effective learning outcomes and importance of self-evaluation and enhancement.
Group activities would be conducted as to know yourself better and acquire the knowledge whether you are a right or left brain user. As participant of the Self-Evaluation Workshop Session 1, you will be matched with other facilitators. They will provide you the needed information.
These facilitators will bring a wealth of experience and connections to help you navigate through the content and glean as much as possible from the learning that is presented. The facilitator will answer questions from personal experience, helping you deal with the issues you face in your life with thoughtful and practical insights. As consequence, it is up to your discretion to attend session 2 for further and in depth evaluation in a fun approach.
Self-Evaluation Workshop Session 2
5 activities are conducted in this session to evaluate the 30 basic elements which you need to possess to achieve excellent result in pursuing your higher education and importantly in the workforce. The workshop is carried out in a group of 12. It acts as a reflection ground to learn from the other candidates. After the evaluation activities, the individual report analysis would be given to you. Individualize suggestion which specially suit you based on the report analysis would be recommended. In addition, a formal report and elements analysis would be emailed to the candidates in three working days. As a result, you are one step ahead of others and be part of the organization to continue your great learning attitude to self-enhance and eventually excel in your studies/working. Certificate will only be given to those candidates who have improved through the training in terms of soft skills development. High requirements are needed as to entitle to the certificate. The certificate would facilitate you in job seeking or career development in the future.
*It is not necessary to attend session 1 if you are greatly interested and confident with the programme, you just need to settle the payment one week before the dated workshop session 2 at the office.
