Dear Elaine Hope this feedback find you well, i’m back to your SEW again. Now different from last time since I have been join your camp. I do aware that i still have a lot to be improve especially the brainstorming and communication skill need to be further improve however along with your guide i do believe that I could improve on this two weak elements. By the way other elements, i don’t think have any problem on my mind (if have please let me know). I’m always looking forward your guide and your advise along my target. Your workshop is very good on those who lost their direction of future and create something like knowing more about self, and i think it is very helpful. This is all the summary of your workshop that i could comment. We will look further for our event and suggest good idea since i’m intended to join your team if you don’t mind.(^o^) Of course in doing so, i’m attend some other trainings beside HCE and we will see how it works. Thanks |

| Jin Jar Hi Elaine, here is my feedback as requested. Memory session I personally like this game as it is the picture I have to memorize instead of words. Actually, I am not mentally prepared when your instruction is relax, but your ‘10 seconds’ statement is really proven as I really planned to turn my head back for help in the later session. J Story writing When you say link the item and form a story, I can feel that my brain is connecting word by word into a sentence but I have the feeling that I am just connecting keywords to form into an answer. So, I think this does not fulfil the creative thinking element. Story telling When you say presenting, I am shaking. My brains only have sentences. When I am presenting in front, I can see my mind is refreshing and there goes my spoon. Well, I think that proves my linking skill is not in shape yet. J Analyze and summarize In this analyzing session, I think I miss out a puzzle of the instruction. So, at that point of time I don’t know what I am supposed to do or what am I doing. As for the summarizing session, it’s quite challenging for me to imagine it but I really enjoy this session very much! Thanks! Planning session In this session, I think I lost my concentration on it mid way. So, I don’t really know what should I do as well. But “you never try, you never know”, so I start and it drove me on in it till you say stop. Nice game and I like it as well. Thanks! Debating session As for this session, I feel a bit better as compared to the story telling session. The first debate is really an eye-opener while the second is a disaster for me because I am still at the same point all the way. Sorry YK! J At last, I really learn a lot and it is really a step closer in understanding myself. I really didn’t regret to join this workshop. Thanks Elaine! (my sifu..hehe.. ) The end. Hope it meets up your requirement. Jin Jar (your weakest participant.. ) P.S: Some informal text is in lighter colour.... |

| Lydia Dear Elaine, I had a good time attending this course. As most people does, everybody thought they know exactly what their strength and weaknesses. Today, you prove me wrong (in a good way ). I really hope that i discover this course somewhat earlier, that is before I embark to my business. It did highlighting few points that I will never forget forever. It begin with admitting how much you know about your ownself. Throughout the courses, I never felt boring hearing good tips from your goodself. Really hope can attend more! All the best for you and your team! |

After done SEW, the activities help me a lot and 1 word I like to say “interesting”. Based from the activities given and go through on it, I found I learned a lot of thing such as memory skill, debate presentation, creativity and critical thinking and so on. Besides that, I able to learn analyze especially IQ test and it is fun. In overall, for me the easiest activities are the memory skill test and the most difficult is calculated on the construction building. However, the activities is lack of time because some activities do not have enough time to complete the task such as calculate construction building. Basically what need to improve is that give some time for us to understand the activities before the time count start. I found my weakness and need it for further improvement. But I need further feedback from SEW officer to ensure that I am on the right track to start. Lastly, I would like specially thank to the presenter Mrs Chiang AI Leng to give out your lovely and patient presentation to guide us in the overall presentation. The slide is well organized. Thank you to SEW and the officer. |

It’s time to “pass up” homework again, to get my results released. To be frank, I am a little disappointed this time because I really look forward in playing the stock market game. Kind of miss it because I finally know the trick to play it but I have no chance to play any more. >_< For newly joined friends, like my friend, I think he is a little too shy and no self confidence, and due to the language barrier, he is not able to perform 100%. In fact, I think he is lost half way through the workshop. So, I strongly hope that we could separate English and Chinese session, so that the people can understand what the other candidates is trying to say, to provide more room for each other to improve. So, looking forward to receive my not-so-beautiful “report card”~ |
