WHY JCIM keep on forming so many NEW chapter in Klang Valley

Actually this situation is just same as our HUMAN life.
New chapter = new born baby
Current chapter = old parent

Parent care about new born baby.
Protect them, provide them the best, give what ever they want...
But, another way.
Old parent just will desert by their kid or send into old folk house. 被人遗弃与忘记

Try to imagine.
Form up a new chapter will have at least 25 members leh.
Then, for the purpose of empower young people or young leader, why not they encourage them go for it?!?!?!

NO. JCIM will not SEE THEM.
Coz, they also from the local LOM, even they care but still go back to their own chapter. That is call 人之长情.
