ACHIEVEMENT TECHONOLOGY 9TH AUGUST

For the last class, we laughed a lot, I didnt know I went out of the room for 2 to 3 times...my stomch hurts and I got something in my eyes >.< Somehow, I didn't die from it and we manage to survive it. Here, we plan about our future of what we are going to do. It is similar like asking a question of what do you want to be when you grow up. I can see that I have multiple goals in my life and I cannot achieve it without a proper planning. I need more manpower to "rule the world". I am happy with the session.

ACHIEVEMENT TECHONOLOGY 2ND AUGUST

I learned in detail as compared to my college studies. Although I could not understand well from this class, I could still learn from what you taught. I acquired the skill of setting a target and achieving them one by one. Actually, I wasn’t sure what the subject all about was, but I could understand the message delivered by you. You taught us in setting goals and the step towards achieving them. Firstly, we are required to set a goal which is attainable. Nevertheless, I still lack of the courage to set a big goal. I am a lazy person and that’s the reason why I am scare. I hope that I am able to learn from you. Every time I see you, you are doing your work as if never stop doing your job. My current goal setting is to learn from you and I am sure what do I need know. I need to change myself with no more excuses.

ACHIEVEMENT TECHNOLOGY 2ND AUGUST

this might be one of the classes i might struggle with since i dont really set goals. but troughout, i think i can jus use the way to achieve goals in practically everything i do. and the 5 criterias that you listed out.. i feel it's quite relevant to me. so it's impactful. listing out the yypes of friends and categorizing them is useful as well. but of course i think i tend to hang out with only one group of friends. which is my temple friends. i guess at times, i'm more of a "i dont know that" compared to "i know that already" kind of guy. which makes me less confident.

ACHEIVEMENT TECHNOLOGY 2ND AUGUST

In Achievement Tech, I am thought that the sentence "I already know that" kills, and also the new thing "I don't know" also kills... I was able to ralize what have I been saying out from my mouth which I didnt even know all these years, I mean months....so it seems that I am content with the class as I know what position sense that I am currently in(not a good one). To say it more clearly, I was unable to do mind map properly as my pictures and writings to describe something seems to be a bit of cartoonish(in my point of view). So therefore, I need to improve on that.

EFFECTIVE SELLING 2ND AUGUST

This is where we learned how to sell ourselves right? okay. Should've had the course earlier cause i went for an interview just that week. Got the "job" though. Feedback: I felt it was useful cause i didnt know how to sell before this. Talking about selling in general that is. It feels like i've always know it but jus didnt think how do i carry it out. and now i know! It triggers me to be aware that everything i say or do results in the "buyer's" decision. And that selling myself is way more important then selling the product. I would usually just push the product if i'm selling or promoting. And after the class, i felt that i managed to grab hold of some pointers while trying to get people to join a club in college just yesterday.

EFFECTIVE SELLING 2ND AUGUST

For last week's Effective selling class, I was thought how to sell myself, my product and company. I was expected to be someone who is able to make changes for a man's primitive mindset of our product. I feel rather content in that class because I am not much into selling myself as would others normally do but as time goes by, I learnt some techniques thanks to our soon to be rivals and ms. Loo. That is all in Effective Selling class.

EFFECTIVE SELLING (9TH AUGUST)

Dear Elaine,

I actually miss the presentation part on the previous effective selling class. It was very exciting. This week is rather not so exciting compare to the previous class. So far, effective selling teaches me to selling myself, selling my company, give problems to customer, provide the solution. With the correct cycle, closing sales is not as hard as it seems to be.

EFFECTIVE SELLING (9TH AUGUST)

Dear Elaine,

For today's first class that is the Effective selling, we learnt how to utilize the competitive advantages. I am content with the session as we are in the right mood to discuss about the ways to actually sell ourselves and other related things. I don't have much to say about this class but I enjoy it no less.

EFFECTIVE SELLING (9 August 2009)
Dear Elaine,

Basically, thinking from a customer's point of view, about their problems and views, and counter the problems from there is the most effective way in solving their problems. i do agree with that. the process of leading the customer to what you want to know is somehow link to the creative thinking part, as in how u solve his problems with the product that you are selling.

Effective Selling

The Effective selling class is different from what you’ve conduct for my team and Kelly’s team. The biggest different is, there are involvement between the candidates in the classes. So from what I’ve seen is, the more (quality candidates) the merrier, in other words the more candidates we have, the more we are able to learn from each other. This class reminds me how important is for selling ourselves and also how to observe people when they are selling themselves. Overall, effective selling course is a great platform to practice our presentation while linking the whole presentation to sell something.

Achievement Technology

This is a definite course for those who hunger for a way to achieve their dreams. Many practical things are thought. As the courses goes by many thoughts and ideas for my dream came to my mind, the directions are so clear than before. Sadly, I wasn’t able to pass the interview (I would say that, this is my first interview I ever had in my life). After the interview session, I realized something, what if today I am going out, squeezing myself within the crowds of interviews. Am I going to get the job? I don’t even have a cert for the passport. Continuous improvement is an essential attitude for everyone to survive in this society.

Effective selling
After attending the first session of effective selling class, I would say it makes me realize one very important point- we MUST sell ourselves first before selling anything because, without a dependable outlook or “feel”, people simply won’t pay attention to what you are doing. A good 1st impression is just overly important no matter what you are trying to do. Apart from the outlook, I’d say confidence and passion are also important if you want people to listen to you and trust what you are saying is true and important. After getting people’s attention and trust, then only link what you think people need with your product.

Creative thinking
To get myself be creative, it is crucial to think out of the box. For most of the people, we tend to go around the same circle and not being able to jump out of the circle and see things from different angle. I guess this is the problem with overly rule binding person (me >_<). To overcome this, looking things from different angle is utmost important. To practise this, I guess experience plays a very important role. Then, as for the linking skills, I also did not think out of the box, that we can actually add more stuff in it to make the things more exciting and complete.

Hihi,

Erm, firstly in this achievement technology workshop i got some valuable tips in order to make myself get prepared when i have an interview in order to have a higher chance to get that job. I found that today's workshop give me a clearer picture of myself and i guess the COCA homework will do help me a lot in forcing me tothink deeply how should i work towards my dreams/plan.

Personally i find that it will be more interesting if we can have more group activities such as debating, brainstorming. It will be more practical for us to learn from our mistakes.

I am looking forward to attend the second workshop.

Dear Elaine,

creative thinking

I though creative thinking is inborn talent. However, after the Creative Thinking class, I knew that creative thinking can be improved. When go through the class, I noticed that I am seriously lack of creative thinking skill. The 6 barriers that you mentioned really reflect the obstruction for me. I have to admit that I am over following rules, reliance on logic and short of imagination skill. Furthermore, I am quite stubborn and I think that it is a fatal wound for me to be creative as creative thinking has to think out of the box while I am over rule binding. I may wonder how I can improve it and how the workshop alters my thinking.

effective selling

First and foremost, when I heard that the class takes so long hour to conduct, I am not that interested to join. However, I still persuade myself to try for it. Frankly to says, I really learnt many things during the class and I think that it is worth to spend my time for it. The most crucial point that I have learnt, is to sell myself but not company and product. Although many people might think that Effective Selling is only significant for those marketing people, but, I think that it is also quite important for me when I attend for my job interview in future as I need to ‘Sell’ myself. And yet, the class also mentioned that built rapport before start to sell. It is a difficult task for me because I don’t really know how to communicate with others. Nevertheless, I will try to improve it.

PostSubject: Feedback of the Candidates   Thu Aug 06, 2009 3:01 pm

Dear Elaine, here is my feedback. thank you.

Effective selling

As for effective selling, personally feels that it gave me an extra point of view to see things. That is through looking at the problem of consumer/client which would give me more points to tackle and speak towards. And I feel the flow of effective selling is pretty important because the flow is one of the key selling points. From yourself, company then to the product/services. But the short presentation selling of things is effective as there is practical practice and there is a lot of interaction between all of us which made this course more interesting.

Creative thinking

As for creative thinking, I agree on the 6 barrier of creative thinking. However, I personally feel that the part of linking statements to statements isn’t really clear. For example, at certain point of time I don’t know what I am suppose to do or what am I doing. But I greatly appreciate that when I said I often say “ I already know that”, you have me a solution of do not think ahead of the speaker, I think it’s quite useful. Although it’s hard, but I’ll try my best. =)

Achievement Technology

As you said these 2 words are big words. However, after the first session, personally I can’t find a link between set a goal in life with these 2 “big” words. Hence, maybe next class can enlighten me the linkage between achievement tech and the course? This course would be useful for a person to make their mind clear of what they want, as most people don’t think for their future. It’s a good platform for us to start thinking and moving towards the goal/dream.

p.s. I had a beneficial Sunday. =)
