CREATIVE THINKING 9TH AUGUST

If i'm not wrong, we learned how to think differently and also from a different point of view. Again, this has been a hurdle for me to overcome. Learning how to cluster problems is going to benefit me alot in the future and as we speak! Solving core problems with core solutions may work on paper but definately wont work in reality. So i guess clustering is really good. What if? What if? What if? This will also help any team in the planning and improving stage. And it willl come in handy in future projects.

CREATIVE THINKING 9TH AUGUST

Creative thinking course teaches ways to generate ideas. Through the method, different ideas are generated, with enough practice; more ideas will be created in a very short time. It is the second step of training our mind to be creative. Directions are clear on how we source for new ideas, with a clear direction, generating ideas from it would not be a problem. With the brain storming session “What If” turns on our mind’s engine to work faster than usual.

I was happy to join the specialized training class once again. The course was special because it required us to have a roll play. During the session, I realized that others were strong and they possessed good thinking skill. As for me, I looked so naïve. I could really learn from others. The class taught us to ask ‘what if’ and answer ‘what if’ questions. From this practice, I can prevent problems from happening and get an idea to solve them. I could also identify good observer from this class. Actually, we always observe others every day. However, after the process of observation, most people just halt there without any further filtration.

For the second class(my favourite), I was thought how to enhance our creativity, and thus making ourselves to be more "clever" so to speak. We tend to be very competitive but I don't mind, I like the challenges brought forth but still, it was not enough. Sadly, I won't be able to make it next week, but I will try to do so because I want to excel if possible. Hopefully it will be more interesting than ever though it is kind of interesting already.

I m pretty agree with the idea of get more resources in the fundamental rule. this is because resources could make you gather more information, ideas, solve problems in a more detailed way, and outstand your long sighted ideas as compared to those short sighted ones. in addition, breaking problems into smaller clusters do help. however, one has to control his/her EQ first so that he/she can analyze the problems slowly and properly.

It was good but I feel that maybe you could give us guidelines how to speak professionally. or maybe give example of how to react/rebut/reply questions during interview so that we could apply in daily life.

In communication, i think i choose to be a listener because i feel i'm not knowledgable. But listening to people, i tend to just agree with what they say most of the time. Unless it's something i know and i feel it's wrong. From the course, i felt it was useful again because i've never really knew how to talk to public. either one to one or the crowd. With the tips provided, it's going to be handy since i'm getting involved with loads of outgoing activities. It will also help in any organizing activity, whether it is during preparing (meetings) or even during.

COMMUNICATION 6TH AUGUST

On Wednesday's communication class, I feeling was rather empty and I didnt know why I can still make jokes, but then again, time passes and I have emptied the emptiness in me. So much for the class, I am able to make use of my body language and my silver tongue in order to either persuade or demoralize people. A demonstration of "face-making" feelings are needed and as we haven't approach the climax, we started to...well....laugh. We are told to do this "facemaking" in front of the mirror like a ritual so that we can know what people will judge when we are to do it infront of them. I am happy with the class.

Winners and Losers. Admiting i'm wrong is one of my favourite. Cause i tend to be low confident when it comes to knowledge and facts. So i'll always apologize and admit it's my mistake. I think one of the reasons why i'm driven to improve and to get involve is the passion o please people. So realizing that that is my motivation, it'll do good for me.

ACHIEVEMENT TECHONOLOGY 9TH AUGUST

Today, I’ve learned how to target effectively and achievable goal. Goals have to be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bounded. It doesn’t matter on how the process turned to be different than the usual plan, as long as we are able to achieve our main goal, it is mission accomplished. A motivation session was included the class. Using different point of views to see a failure, opportunities are created to ease the failure, in the end it might not be a failure at all.

ACHIEVEMENT TECHNOLOGY 9TH AUGUST

This class taught us to stand in 4 different ways to perceive and provide feedback. The main objective is to create the awareness as not only to think in a single minded. During problem occurrence, we have to think through the 4 manners as to identify the problem and solve accordingly. In the class, I was so tired. If I was studying in college or high school, I would definitely sleep on the table. However, I could not allow myself to fall asleep in this session because I would like to learn and of course the speaker was so lively. I am learning to write in English by utilizing what I have learned. I have homework which needed to be completed with the doubt as whether can I accomplish. This is mainly due to the failure of doing my paper work.

After attending the second workshop, i will try to put myself to be more determination in doing things, and won't give up easily if i face any obstacles. For me, i tends to do too many changes whenever i face a little problem instead of trying to see whether that problem can be solved. End up, i need a longer time to attain my goal because of too many changes in my plan. Besides that, though is easy to say failure can form opportunities. Unfortunately, currently i don't have this strength to think failure in a positive manners, and i will start to regret by doing it. Guess i need to attend more workshop in order to cope this problem.. haha.
