Hello everyone,

You may reply this feedback in the 'SDL Topic'.

It was a session which we could get together in the total of 17 people. Wow!!!! Way to go and keep it up.

Presenter of the Day: Stanley Wong
He presented JCI today with a speed of light without many full stops but lots of er.................... in between. Not much 'shooting' because it is a fact that JCI has packaged well and questions posted were much on enquiring rather than argumentative. Feed you more info during presentation workshop.

Today's application soft skill topic is Character Building, identifying personal principles and values.

Wai Kek: Thumbs up for you!!! Highest score (9marks). You have the choice to enhance further the stated value and really put that in practice.

Generally, most of you only able to deliver one or two values clearly. Isn't it the time to rethink as in your daily life, what typical values are you holding when you are dealing with different circumtances.

Say like Jin Jar, whatever the situation is, she is practising the value of ordinary and simple. She needs not to really crack her brain in that. If it's significantly in you, speed of light you know what to present (during the role play session)

Importantly, you need to find out the 5 positive values and practice them in your daily life because that's how you shape yourself not only for personal benefits as you know the direction but how others perceive you too!!!

Last but not least, give a round of applause to Christy as she brought a visitor and successfully converted the visitor to join SEW on 21st March 2010. Second time in SDL, yet able to convert, BRAVO!!!!

Hello everyone,

Everyone seemed to have a tough time today, squeezing their brains to play different roles. I wonder have all of you gone insane or have had mental problem?

Oh well, you may reply this feedback in the 'SDL Topic'.

Yee Wen: Good Presentater who able to 'handle' difficult questions especially posted by our problematic child, Mr Stanley Wong. Experience seems to be utmost important to come out with special points.

Stanley: Yeah yeah, you have improved a lot in terms of delivering creative ideas. Suddenly I realise you know how to solve problems!!!!

Doreen: Rational lady, can be improved further by pouring out some innovative ideas. Nonetheless, your brain ratio has increased.

Carmen:Unbelievably, you have lots of points!!!!! Hmm... but the sentence structure has to be coordinated well, points all flying all around.

Chong Kai: Calm and cool. Serious thinking serious output, problem can be solved but need to be slightly different from others. No branding yeah....

Yee Ling: Happy to see you laugh, wakakaka.... cheered the workshop. Nonetheless, if you can absorb, summarize, output .......... the whole process do it in a speed of light, wao.... you are there!!! if you can do that

Chow: Walao,as usual, nothing can stop you from 'shooting' others. Way to go. But make sure when you shoot someone, he or she needs to know why they die ya. You get me?

Zutawin: Exposure and experience count.. You can ,you will because I could see the initiative to speak out and present.

Christy: Good in terms of listening skill, got all points in mind, but........... forgotten what was your final objective...... solutions....??? Aiks

Jin Jar: Shoot them shoot them, dont be afraid....

Hsu Hung: Hello, were you there? Brothers sisters, save him.....

Last but not least........................... give a big round of applause to Chow and myself for being a visitor each. Yeah.......

PostSubject: Feedback for SDL 3/2/2010   Fri Feb 05, 2010 10:55 am

Hello Everyone,

Today's communication workshop was a humuourous session as I could see the members acting with their hand gesture and facial expressions. Not many people are used to the immediate action but of course we have had a few great 'actors'.

Jin Jar's Presentation was a serious topic - global warming. You may need some hardwork in terms of presenting. Your voice is clear, volume is good,but........... experience needs to be accumulated to gain improvement. Don't memorize , just be yourself!!!

We had a great time debating about environmental friendly. Just right that the 2 divided teams were at the right fence. One support and one not. As usual, our Yee Wen voiced out loud and clear. Alex came out with factual real life experience with lots of 'sensored' words. It was a 'hot fight'.

Keep it up!!! Before closing, let's give Jin Jar a great round of applause for being a visitor and the points are yours. Way to go!!

Hello,

This topic is exclusively only for beneficial postages and not for ordinary chit chatting.

First of all, thank you for the participants today. Thumbs up for your attendance except for Daniel who was late but we should also learn from him, at least he still attended!!!!! BRAVO DANIEL, I am PROUD of you!!!

Feedback as a mentor or friend, I am glad that Wai Kek is heading to your plan and goal but of course according to Yee Wen, marketing survey or research is essential ya!

Alex is usual playful yet informative and enthusiastic. You are a communicator, really need your help to open Hsu Hung's mouth and Jin Jar's mouth sometimes Wai Kek's mouth, to talk, of course.

Daniel ya... you always have lots to share when you are facing individual, what about in front of the others, work on that.

Hsu Hung... were you there? didnt realise... Next workshop, say something

Yee Wen, lively having you and Alex in the session. It maDE things much happening.. good couple.. learning couple though.. It seems that you have to pay good attention with your listening skills, though listened but information just flew off straight away...

Jin Jar, you are the best learner but not the fullest yet, i KNOW you have the POTENTIAL. Come on, excel it!!! EVERYONE gives her a big round of applause. You know WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She skipped her class to help out in the Taylor's Open Booth Session. I am EXTREMELY PROUD of you.

Generally, it was a good start for everyone, GAMBATTE!!!!!

IMPORTANT!!!
