Self-Evaluation Certificate of Participation
• 4 hours Evaluation Session
• Comprehensive Personal Evaluated Report
• 30 minutes consultation session – Appointment within 30 days from the evaluation date (time and date subject to the facilitator)
• Self-Evaluation Certificate (if score > 70%)
• Member of HCE Organization

Self-Development Certificate (Optional)
• Maximum 6 months duration to achieve from the date of self-evaluation workshop
*if exceed, have to pay RM 200 to continue in the SDL Program
• Weekly 1.5 hours SDL (Self-Development Learning)
• Experience and practical activities within the organization
• Retake the evaluation session 2.30 hours (if personal report score under 70%)
• Requirement & Entitlement to advance to Leadership Stage
